LEGAL NOTICE – Truck w/ snow plow SEALED BID SALE

Bennington Township is accepting sealed bids for the sale of the following vehicle:

• 2008 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 (1 Ton)
• Duramax Diesel Engine
• Includes Snow Plow and Salt Spreader
  Minimum Bid: $9,500.00
  
  Interested parties must submit a sealed bid that includes:
• The maximum amount the bidder is willing to offer
• Bidder’s full name
• Address
• Current phone number
  
  Bid Submission Period:
  Sealed bids will be accepted beginning July 1, 2025, and must be received no later than 5:00
  PM on August 4, 2025.
  
  Late Bid Opening:
  Sealed bids will be publicly opened during the regular board meeting on August 11, 2025.
  
  Payment Terms:
  The highest qualified bidder must submit full payment the evening of August 11, 2025,
  immediately following the bid opening.

  sealed bids upon the terms contained herein, or conduct a public auction in
  accordance with R.C. 505.10 (a)(1) and to accept the bid deemed most favorable.
